Free Credit Rules: Turnover, Max Cashout & Withdrawals

By BONUS99 Team · Last updated: 26 June 2026

This is the one page that covers all the rules around free credit on BONUS99 — how to claim it safely, what turnover and max cashout mean, the daily credit, and how withdrawals work. We pulled it all together here so you are not hopping between half a dozen thin pages.

1. Claiming free credit safely

Only claim promotions from inside your logged-in BONUS99 account or the official promotions page. Be wary of anyone messaging you "free credit links" outside the site — legitimate bonuses live on your account, not in random chats. Some offers (like the RM100 / Joy.link promo) require mobile or ID verification before they release; that is normal and protects your account.

2. Turnover (wagering), explained

Turnover is how many times you must bet a bonus before winnings can be withdrawn. It is the single most important number on any promo — a big bonus with heavy turnover can be worth less than a small one you can actually clear. Always read it before claiming. Register free credit (RM5): you need to reach RM200 in turnover before withdrawing, and you can then withdraw 5% of it, up to a maximum of RM50. Daily free credit (RM1): reach RM100 in turnover, then withdraw 5%, up to a maximum of RM50.

3. Max cashout

Many bonuses cap the maximum you can withdraw from them, regardless of how high your balance climbs. Knowing this cap up front stops you grinding toward a number you were never going to be allowed to take out. Your free credit also has a withdrawal cap. From the RM5 register bonus you can withdraw 5% after meeting the RM200 turnover, capped at RM50. From the RM1 daily bonus you can withdraw 5% after RM100 turnover, also capped at RM50.

4. Daily and recurring free credit

Amounts and conditions can change, so the promotions page is always the source of truth.

5. Deposits and withdrawals

Minimum deposit is RM1; minimum withdrawal is RM30. Both run through DuitNow, Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX and local bank transfer. To withdraw, make sure any bonus turnover is cleared first, then submit your request from your account. Withdrawals are usually processed within about 5 minutes, provided there are no issues with the request or verification.

6. Common questions

Why can I not withdraw my bonus winnings yet? Usually unmet turnover. Check the promo terms.
My balance is above the cap — do I get it all? No, max cashout limits what a bonus can pay out.
Can I claim the same bonus twice? One-time bonuses (like signup) are once per account.
Do you publish RTP? No — we cannot verify RTP figures, so we do not publish them.

Eligibility and fair use

Free credit is offered per person, not per device or per account. The RM5 sign-up credit is a one-time welcome for new, verified members, while the RM1 daily login credit is available to active members each day they sign in. Opening duplicate accounts, sharing logins, or using the same details across several registrations to claim the bonus more than once breaks our house rules and can void any related winnings. If something about your claim does not look right, our team may ask you to verify your identity before a withdrawal is released — this is a standard check, and clearing it is usually what keeps payouts inside the roughly five-minute window.

Play responsibly

You must be 18+ to play. Free credit is for entertainment, not income. Set a budget and a time limit, never chase losses, and only play with money you can afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, take a break or reach out for support.
